Halloween

Hayley's first Halloween was a blast!  Or, rather, our first Halloween as parents was a blast!

Hayley was a little monkey.  She was very cute and enjoyed watching people open doors and put items in her pumpkin bucket.  She didn't like the little monkey hat that went along with her costume.  She would pull it off each time she remembered that she was wearing it.

P.S.- We enjoyed her chocolate.

Nana and Papa went Trick or Treating with us!

Acting like a monkey and getting into trouble!

 Who.... me?!??!

I just want to see what's inside!

Waiting for Daddy to get home...

 Being a monkey!

Hope you had a Happy Halloween!

Hayley is full of energy, wonder, and laughter.  She continues to be very observant and curious about everything around her.  She can be slow to warm in new situations, but warms up after a few minutes and is good to go.  Hayley loves going to MyGym and climbing on all the equipment.  Active is an understatement... this girl has the need to move and groove!

She continues to captivate Nick and I.  She is incredible and we love each month more than the last.

October Fun

One of my favorite things about having a child is that I get to relive childhood through her.

We recently brought Hayley to the pumpkin patch!  Although she is still young and unable to participate in the majority of activities, we still had a blast!  Plus, she wore her Batgirl onesie.  And... it has a cape.  Doesn't get much better than that!

Warning: Photo overload!

On top of the world... or rather, a huge pumpkin!
Hanging out in a sea of corn

 Happy October!

This has been a huge month for Miss Hayley!  She is on the go and is very determined to to get from point A to B.  The more independent and mobile she is, the happier she is.  She also has become really funny and entertaining and she knows it!  Nick and I spend most of the evening on the floor with her laughing.

We sure do love this girl.  We are in the best season of our lives.
